For Destination Tour Charges you can pay is in two steps
First Step: USD 50 non refundable at the time of submission of documents for Visa Process.
Second Step: Remaining amount after visa confirmation.
You can pay us in cash or transfer amount into our bank account at the open market exchange rates valid at the time of payment. To avoid any confusion it is recommended that you call us to settle Exchange Rate.
100% Payment will be refund against the payment made in second step against cancellation 10 days prior to departure.
50% Payment will be refunded against the payment made in the second step against the cancellation 7 days prior to departure.
25% Payment will be refunded against the payment made in the second step against the cancellation 5 days prior to departure.
0% Payment will be refunded against the payment made in the second step against the cancellation 3 days prior to departure.
All refunds will be made within 20 to 30 days after deduction of remittance charges.
